I am directed to inform you that H.T. Heath Esqr is prepared to authorise the C.A. for the Colony to pay you an advance of £20102 recently, to be repaid at the current rate of exchange by such instalments as you may deem fit to direct, to meet the costs of your loan.
2. I am to add that a letter will be sent to the O.A.G. of H.K. with regard to the special arrangements for repayment.
